GREAT NEWS!  Congress passed and the President signed into law on February 17, 2009 a new Principal Limit of $625,500 for all HECMs closing in 2009 and as of February 25, 2009, applications can be taken for loans at this higher limit.  Please call us at (800) 620-0065 to see how the new lending limit works for you!

HECMs for Co-ops are not currently available and we have no firm date on when we will see instructions from HUD on how to proceed.
